Payment Options TOP o Paypal/Credit Cards We accept credit card payment via Paypal's secure gateway. Your credit card details will not be revealed to us at any point. When that is done, click on the "Back to MotherBabyEarth" link to return to our website. o Direct Fund Transfer Payment can be made by direct fund transfer via bank or atm in favor of our Maybank Account as shown on Check-Out. Please send us a notification email after payment to ensure prompt delivery of your order. o Cheque Payment by cheque is acceptable. Please write and bank-in cheque in favor of our Maybank Account as shown on Check-Out. Please send us a notification email after payment to ensure prompt delivery of your order. Delivery TOP o Delivery - Carrier Options Typically, we will process and send out your order within 2 to 3 business days. Mother Baby Earth is not in control of delivery time. Delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary with order destinations. Orders are delivered via our selected door-to-door courier(s) or POS Malaysia, as you may prefer. Delivery costs are determined by the choice of carrier, the weight of the order and the destination address. If you do not receive notification within 2 to 4 days after placing order, please check your Spam/Junk mail folder or contact us. o Delivery - Transit Insurance Once your order is given to the carrier, the order becomes the carrier's responsibility and Mother Baby Earth is no longer liable. Order in transit is covered by the respective carriers policy of limited liability against loss or damage. You are encouraged to include insurance-on-transit for order that exceeds MYR200.00. If you would like to ask about insurance on your order, please contact us. o Delivery - Incorrect/Incomplete/Misdirected Address Please take care to provide us with correct and complete address/e-mail/phone contact for safe delivery of your order. On noting a mistake, you should immediately email or phone to inform us for correction but you will be responsible for any unavoidable loss of your order or for additional charges by carrier for rerouting of order to correct address. o Delivery - International Yes, we do accept orders internationally except for countries not serviced by our carriers. If you have any questions regarding international delivery, please email us at shop@motherbabyearth.com. o Delivery - Applicable Taxes If your order is to be delivered to an address outside Malaysia, it is your responsibility or that of recipient to comply with any applicable tax laws of the destination country. Returns & Exchanges TOP o Price Discounted/Special Order Merchandise Sorry, we are not able to accept any return of price discounted/special order merchandise sold. o Normal Price Merchandise If you are not happy with any order of normal price merchandise, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for shop exchange only. Sorry, we do not provide refunds or cash back. Any merchandise to be returned must be in unused condition and in original packing. You will be responsible for all delivery costs involved in any return or exchange of merchandise. o Damaged or Defective Merchandise Please inspect your merchandise as soon as it arrives. Damaged or defective merchandise for return and replacement must be notified to us via email at shop@motherbabyearth.com within 48 hours of receipt. Stock Availability TOP For any order not immediately paid for, we will hold-on the merchandise for you for three (3) days because we recognize that your selected mode of payment may take time. If we do not receive payment by then, we will treat your order as cancelled and release merchandise for sale. In the unlikely event the merchandise you ordered is out of stock by the time payment comes in, we will give you email notification and you may either wait for new stock arrival (if any) or cancel your order for a refund.
